Are you ready to REALLY get to know your skin?
However, at Plume Skin, we believe that achieving healthy and vibrant skin can be achieved with a personalised approach. This approach starts by empowering our clients with relevant, honest, and evidence-based information so they can gain insight into their skin health, make informed and educated decisions about skincare products, and feel more confident in the results our treatments provide.
So how can Plume Skin help you get to know your skin better?
With Observ® 520!
The Observ® 520 is a state-of-the-art diagnostic imaging device that takes photographs of your skin using advanced camera technology.
The Observ® 520 has six different analysis modes that allow our expert skin therapist to effectively observe beneath the surface of the skin to understand the health of your skin and detect any underlying conditions. (See image below to see the different analysis modes on the skin).
So what kind of things can our expert therapist observe using this skin analysis device?
Wrinkles and fine lines.
Sebum content and quality.
Pigmentation, freckles, sun spots, and age spots.
The moisture content of your skin.
Loss of skin firmness and elasticity.
Skin tone and texture.
Skin barrier health.
Inflammation
Pore health and structure
Vascular health.
Sun damage.
What happens next?
Using the images from Observ®520, in addition to the other information gathered during the consultation, your expert skin therapist is able to formulate a personalised skincare regime and treatment program to target your specific skin concerns and achieve effective results. This process allows us to not only correctly determine the problem areas in your skin on the day of consultation, it also allows us to track the progress of your skin over time and make adjustments accordingly.
In addition to being a valuable investigatory tool for the skin therapist, the Observ®520 allows us to engage with and empower our clients by providing the relevant information and education needed to look after their skin and be able to make informed decisions about skin care.
