CANCELLATION POLICY
If you need to cancel or change any service appointments, we respectfully request 48 hours’ notice.
If you forget or cancel your appointment without 48-hour notice, please understand that this will result in a cancellation fee to cover wages and running costs.
Our cancellation policy is intended to ensure that we have the opportunity to fill any last-minute availability. We don’t want to make any clients on the waiting list miss their chance to book an appointment or receive a service. Please understand that we’re committed to offering you the highest possible level of service during your appointments with us.
COMPULSORY APPOINTMENT CONFIRMATION
7-Day Confirmation: Seven days before your scheduled appointment, you will receive a confirmation message via SMS or email. Please confirm your appointment by replying 'Y' for yes or 'N' for no. If you need to reschedule, contact Plume Skin promptly.
48-Hour Reminder: A courtesy reminder will be sent 48 hours before your appointment. After this point, any cancellations will incur a fee as outlined below.
Please inform Plume Skin of any changes to your contact information to avoid missing essential communications.
CANCELLATION CHARGES
Cancellations within 48 hours of your scheduled appointment will result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the service or treatment amount.
Any “no-shows” will be charged 100% of their service amount.
If you are more than 15 minutes late, we may be unable to accommodate your appointment. In this case, a 50% cancellation fee will also apply. We will do our best to reschedule your appointment to another time that is convenient for you.
CREDIT CARD POLICY
Credit card information is required to secure an appointment at Plume Skin.
Your card details are stored securely using the Timely payment system and will only be charged if our cancellation policy is not adhered to. You will be notified before any payment is processed.
DEPOSITS
Your deposit is not an extra charge and is held on an account for you on your booking and taken off your final bill. Please be aware that the only way you will ever lose your deposit is if you cancel your scheduled appointment within 48 hours, don't show up for your appointment, or are more than 15 minutes late for your scheduled appointment.
